End users upload a PDF or Word document. Zaptic parses the file, surfaces the relevant fields, and pushes the extracted values straight into the web form in front of them—usually within seconds, without retyping long answers.
The entire extraction pipeline runs on Google Gemini, so complex layouts, tables, and noisy scans still map cleanly to the fields you define.
Zaptic includes a scoring module with configurable weights. When a criterion matters more—say, that an applicant must live in a specific city—you assign a higher importance (for example, a weight of 10).
Gemini evaluates every signal against those weights and returns both a numeric score from 1 to 100 and a human-readable explanation so reviewers immediately understand why a submission passed or needs attention.
If someone uploads the same document two or more times, Zaptic serves the cached Gemini analysis instead of re-running a full extraction. Those replays do not consume additional credits.
Each cache hit is recorded in the activity log, so teams always know when a run was fresh versus served from cache.
